Tunebump is a music promotion platform that connects independent artists with verified Spotify playlist curators. Our Services include:

For Artists:

• Submission of music tracks to playlist curators
• Guaranteed feedback from curators within 7 days
• Access to curator reviews and playlist placement opportunities
• Campaign tracking and analytics

For Curators:

• Access to music submissions from independent artists
• Compensation per completed review (based on playlist follower tier)
• Verification system ensuring playlist quality standards
• Professional feedback tools and guidelines

3. Service Guarantees and Limitations

3.1 What We Guarantee

• Curator feedback within 7 days of campaign activation
• Access to playlist curators matching your selected genres
• Professional review process and platform functionality
• Credit refunds for non-responding curators as outlined in our Refund Policy

3.2 What We Do Not Guarantee

• Playlist placement — Curators make independent decisions about adding tracks to their playlists
• Positive reviews — Curators provide honest feedback which may include constructive criticism
• Streaming results — Increased plays, followers, or revenue from any playlist placements
• Commercial success — Sales, chart positions, or career advancement
• Specific outcomes — Number of playlist adds, stream counts, or promotional results

3.3 Curator Independence

• Playlist curators operate as independent third parties
• Curators have complete autonomy over their playlist content decisions
• We do not influence, incentivize, or control curator playlist placement decisions
• Curator decisions are final and not subject to appeal

3.4 Results Disclaimer

• Playlist placements do not guarantee continued placement or promotional duration
• May be removed by curators at their discretion
• Results can vary between artists, genres, and campaigns
• Past performance of other artists does not predict your results

4. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Artist Payments

• Submissions cost $4 per curator review
• Bundle packages available
• Payment is required before submission activation
• All prices are in USD

5.2 Curator Payments

• Curators earn credits per completed review (10–50 credits depending on playlist tier)
• Payments are processed within 3 business days after your request is submitted
• Payments are processed via PayPal
• Minimum payout threshold may apply

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 For Artists

You agree to:

• Submit only original music or music you have the legal right to promote
• Provide accurate track information and metadata
• Respect curator decisions regarding playlist placement
• Not attempt to manipulate the review process

6.2 For Curators

You agree to:

• Maintain playlists with a minimum of 500 followers
• Provide honest, constructive feedback within 7 days
• Maintain professional standards in all communications

7. Prohibited Activities

All users are prohibited from:

• Using the Services for any illegal purposes
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the Services
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Engaging in spam or unsolicited communications

8. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of all music and content you submit. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our Services. Tunebump owns all rights to the platform, software, and proprietary technology.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our privacy practices as described therein.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We make no warranties about playlist placement outcomes, streaming results, or commercial success from use of our music promotion services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunebump shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages related to streaming performance or commercial success
• Results or lack of results from playlist placements
• Actions or decisions of third-party curators
• Damages exceeding the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of fees. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations or, if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with Dutch arbitration rules.

14. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
